Our Practices
The Miles Family has extensive roots in the field of Optometry. Robley Matthew "R.M." Miles graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1965. After graduation, he and his family returned back home to Florida. Over the years, he and his wife Dotsy had nine kids together. Four of their children, specifically: David, Henry, Charlie, and Fred, followed that same path to practice optometry. Years later, two of their grandchildren (Gene and Monica) returned back home to Florida to practice optometry with the family.

At Tri-County Eye Associates, the number one goal at our vision centers is to offer you and your family optimal eye care with the latest optometric equipment. We originally opened our Palatka office in 1987 and our St. Augustine office in 1988. With more than 30 years in the eye care industry, our experience has helped guide us to work with manufactures that provide not only attractive frames but also high quality materials. Both of our offices carry a wide variety of frames allowing you to find a frame that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also fits your pocketbook.

Our family has been providing high quality eye care ever since R.M. graduated back in 1965. Most importantly, we are here for our patients. We are here to help you select a pair of frames for your school yearbook photograph or your upcoming job interview. We are here to help fit you with contacts for that upcoming event or wedding that is just around the corner. Most importantly, we are here to help you manage your ocular health at any stage in your life.
